Alabama's Department of Homeland Security has released a video that is designed to show civilians how to react in the event that they are involved in a mass shooting.
According to the AP, the video was produced after a request from Governor Robert Bentley following the Sandy Hook elementary school shooting in December.
The video, originally produced for the Houston Police Department and re-edited for Alabama audiences, shows a shooting inside an office building. It is titled "RUN HIDE FIGHT", after the order in which citizens are advised to react.
The video was uploaded to YouTube days ago and has seen a flurry of discussion over the tactics in YouTube's comments.
